About plans & billing

Can I change my plan at any time? ▾

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin panel. Upgrades are charged immediately for the remaining period; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits? ▾

You'll receive an email notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan's limit. You can upgrade at any moment to continue without interruption.

Is there a free trial? ▾

We offer a free guided demo with no credit card required. Selected plans also include a 14-day trial period.

How does annual billing work? ▾

With an annual plan you pay a full year upfront and save 17% compared to monthly billing. One invoice is issued per year.

Is my data safe? ▾

Absolutely. Our infrastructure runs in European data centres (GDPR-compliant) with daily backups, encryption in transit and at rest, and a full activity audit log.

How do I cancel my subscription? ▾

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, with no penalties. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your account or export your data.
