Is the worker's GPS tracked continuously?⌄

No. BuildManage uses location only at the moment of check-in, to validate presence on site. There is no continuous monitoring of a worker's route.

What happens if there's no signal on site?⌄

We recommend checking in as soon as an internet connection is available. Contact our support team if you experience frequent signal issues on a particular site.

Can a worker check in on a different site?⌄

Attendance is linked to the site and the user's assignment. The exact rules follow the configuration available in your company account.

Can I correct an attendance record?⌄

Administrators and project managers can review and correct attendance records from the admin account, according to their role and permissions.

Can I export attendance records?⌄

Yes. Attendance data can be exported from the reports module, according to the options available in your account.

Can I see attendance separately for each site?⌄

Yes. Data can be filtered and analyzed in the context of associated projects and crews.
